DCYC Youth Scholarship
Scholarships are available to first time DCYC attendees & A-Team first, followed by those who have shown a need for scholarship.The maximum scholarship awarded will be $75 and will be applied to registration costs.
Scholarship applications must be submitted by December 4, 2024. Those who have been awarded scholarships will be notified by December 13, 2024 and will need to complete their DCYC registration forms by January 17, 2025 in order to have the scholarship amount credited to their registration at the lowest possible rate.

When is DCYC 2025?
DCYC 2025 will be held February 14 - 16, 2025 at the Frisco Convention Center. Registration and hotel check-in will begin at 3:30 pm. DCYC begins with a GeneralAssembly at 7:45 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025. DCYC will conclude with our 10:00a.m. Liturgy (lasting until approximately 12:00 pm) on Sunday, February 16, 2025. The closing Sunday Mass is open to all families.

Pricing Information
Early Bird Price:- $200 (valid through December 31st)
- $220 (January 1st – January 17th)
- $250 (after January 17th)
Discounts and Fundraising Opportunities
- Fall Fest Fundraiser: $50 discount for volunteers
- Additional Fundraiser: Further reduce cost for participants who volunteer
- Financial Aid:
- Must apply for the DCYC scholarship first
- Additional aid from Youth Ministry available only after scholarship application

If you plan to participate in the fundraiser, please do not pay the full registration amount upfront. We will adjust your total after the fundraiser is completed to reflect any discounts earned.
